Eric Berne’s Organizational Theory
(English Session)

You have already read Berne’s book but still have questions like: How can I make use of this in group, team or individual coaching of managers, in order to give "change in organizations" a chance? How can I integrate Berne’s psycho dynamic view in groups? How do I do a simple and systemic diagnosis? Is Elliot Fox’s diagram really an operational tool? Or do you think it's just a pointlessly complex system? (That it just looks like a gas plant model, no? As we say jokingly in French...)

French transactional analysts have had historical opportunities to work on these subjects with Gilles Pellerin TSTA, now retired, who succeeded in the challenge of dealing with Berne’s book and Fox’s diagram in his consultancy practice.
Then… he trained us.
Philippe has a large experience as industrial production manager and transactional certified analyst with the teams he led. He now works as a consultant.
